About

I'm a Director of Operations and Customer Success with 13+ years of experience building teams, systems, and operational infrastructure from the ground up across healthcare, SaaS, and fintech. My work focuses on turning ambiguity into order, designing the frameworks, processes, and people structures that let organizations grow without falling apart.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and am based in Portland, Oregon, though I've spent time across 65+ countries and am open to wherever the right opportunity takes me, including the UK, Ireland, Scotland, and Australia. Over the course of my career, I've worked across multi-site healthcare operations, high-volume B2B marketplaces, and global gaming platforms, which has shaped an approach that's equally comfortable at the strategic level and in the details.

Earlier in my career, I built my instincts in customer-facing operations, managing global teams, designing support systems, and learning what it takes to keep distributed organizations running. That foundation deepened my understanding of people, process, and technology. Over time, my focus expanded into full operational leadership, where I now own the infrastructure that connects clinical, commercial, and administrative functions and partner with executive teams to translate strategy into execution.

How I Work

Builder by default I'm at my best when the playbook doesn't fully exist yet. I'm drawn to organizations in motion ones that need someone to design the system, not just follow it.

People-first, I believe operations only works when the people running it feel supported, clear on expectations, and genuinely invested in the outcome. Coaching and developing teams is some of my most important work.

Comfortable with complexity, Multi-site, multi-state, multi-timezone, multi-vendor. I've managed all of it simultaneously and I don't flinch at scope.

Technology as a tool, I've deployed AI-assisted tooling, built automation workflows, and integrated platforms across clinical and commercial environments. I use technology to solve real problems, not to chase trends, and never to replace people.

What I Value

I'm drawn to organizations that take their mission seriously and build with intention. I care about doing work that has a measurable impact on patients, customers, or the teams I lead, and about creating environments where people do their best work without burning out in the process.

Outside of work, I keep myself humble through exercise, comedy, and being a bit of a nerd. I have travelled to 65+ countries, built my own computers from scratch, and occasionally subjected myself to stand-up comedy. None of that is unrelated to how I operate professionally. Curiosity, discipline, and a genuine willingness to look a little ridiculous turn out to be surprisingly useful skills in operations.
