Testimonials

Darrren Cassidy - CEO - Net32 Inc

One of the best decisions that Net32 ever made was bringing Dustin onto our team. We're grateful he's chosen to work with Net32 for over 4 years now! It's been a real joy for me, problem solving and growing a business along his side. He has a high capacity to solve complex problems and deliver robust solutions, all while keeping you laughing. He also excels as a team leader, helping each individual develop their unique growth plans, resulting in a high performing and growing team. Dustin has helped us work through some of our most hairy situations and ensured we come out even better than we were before.

If you ever have the opportunity to work with Dustin, seize it. You won't regret it.

Dustin, keep on being awesome and I hope for many more years of working together :)

Matt McComb - Director of Customer Support - KIXEYE

Dustin was one of the first hires at KIXEYE's Portland office. We brought him on as an agent, though it was obvious from the start he was overqualified for that role, but it was all we had at the time. He quickly moved up into leadership roles in which he excelled during the rest of his time at the company.

Dustin is a natural leader in that he cares about the people working for him and wants them to be successful for their own sake as well as for the sake of the business. He actively helps them to develop their careers, which in the world of customer support is both rare and valuable, as it leads to high retention in a traditionally very high turnover industry.

Dustin is also a great culture carrier for any company. He's a friendly extrovert who makes people feel welcome, and he really buys into the company he works for and makes others feel like they're part of a mission to succeed rather than just being there collecting a paycheck. He helps bring groups together and forms bonds between teams, leading to better performance and employee loyalty.

All of this sounds nice, but they say the real test is whether or not you'd hire someone again. Well, I certainly would, if he hadn't gone and moved to North Carolina. I'll never forgive him for that, but if you're out there and looking for a customer support leader, you should snatch him up before someone else does.

Shreya Key - VP of Ecommerce - Net32

Dustin is reliable, trustworthy, and driven. He is a caring and considerate manager, looking out for his team while driving results for the business. I am grateful to have worked closely with him on many initiatives where he always had my back. He has strong communication skills and is quick to learn new things. And his sense of humor certainly made working together even more enjoyable. I’d welcome the opportunity to work together again.

Myriam Feygin- Producer - Warner Bros. Games

In many ways, Dustin was my first real boss. My previous jobs had all been scattered temp jobs and so I learned to work in a real permanent place for the first time. In the years since then, I've come to realize that he was probably one of the best bosses I've ever had.

He gave real feedback I could take action on. He treated us like real people. And I learned a lot.

People say you don't quit jobs, you quit bosses. I would stick around in a tough job if Dustin was my boss still.

Austin Maggs - Behavior Insight Foundations Agent - Cash App

Dustin Eiler played a great role in my work accomplishments. When I struggled, Dustin would take extra time to help me build confidence and master my skills. When I did well, Dustin was always first to remind me. He was always positive in our meetings, reminding me of my accomplishments and potential, which pushed me to do my best. His extensive training helped not only me, but other agents reach our potential at KIXEYE. It was a great pleasure working with Dustin and I would gladly work with him again.
